Every foreign national staying with us at Kokamthan must be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of arrival, as required by Indian law. This page walks you through what's needed and carries the live registration form.

Why we ask

A short, standard formality — not unique to us

Under the Foreigners Act, any institution hosting a foreign national — hotel, guest house, or ashram — must report the stay to the local Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) through what's known as a "C‑Form." It's routine, it's quick, and our office handles the filing on your behalf once you've shared your details below.

Who needs to fill this in

Any guest travelling on a non-Indian passport, staying at the Ashram for meditation, seva, or any residential program — including short stays of just one or two nights.

When to submit

Ideally on the day of arrival, and no later than 24 hours after you reach Kokamthan. Filing early helps us have your accommodation ready without delay.

Settling in at Kokamthan

  • Accommodation, meals and the daily meditation schedule are shared with you at check-in — no need to book these separately.
  • Modest, comfortable clothing is requested throughout the Ashram grounds, especially near meditation halls.
  • Silence is observed in designated areas — you'll see these marked as you walk in.
  • Keep your passport and visa copies with you during your stay; local authorities may ask to see them.
