Every foreign national staying with us at Kokamthan must be registered with the local authorities within 24 hours of arrival, as required by Indian law. This page walks you through what's needed and carries the live registration form.
Begin registrationUnder the Foreigners Act, any institution hosting a foreign national — hotel, guest house, or ashram — must report the stay to the local Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO) through what's known as a "C‑Form." It's routine, it's quick, and our office handles the filing on your behalf once you've shared your details below.
Any guest travelling on a non-Indian passport, staying at the Ashram for meditation, seva, or any residential program — including short stays of just one or two nights.
Ideally on the day of arrival, and no later than 24 hours after you reach Kokamthan. Filing early helps us have your accommodation ready without delay.
Having these ready makes the form a two‑minute task rather than a search through your bag.
This form goes directly to the Ashram office. Please complete it in one sitting — your progress isn't saved if you close the page partway through.
