What is the daily meditation schedule?

Do I need prior experience to join a session?

No prior experience is required. Sessions are open to complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners, and instructors guide participants through each step.

Can I book a session in advance?

What should I bring to a meditation session?

Comfortable, modest clothing and a willingness to sit for the duration of the session are all that is needed. Mats and seating arrangements are provided at the venue.
What are the visiting hours for the Ashram?

How can I make a donation to the mission?

Will I receive a receipt for my donation?

What are donations used for?
